What's expected of you?
- Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
- Archive, track, and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due Diligence (DD) procedures
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage official documentation
- Liaise with external stakeholders and service providers
- Handle general office management tasks, including supplier coordination
- Support basic finance and accounting functions
- Assist in meeting regular deadlines and supporting related processes

- Fluent in both English and Maltese
