Our client, a well established international organisation operating across multiple jurisdictions, is currently seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and drive strategic financial planning.
What is expected of you?
- Manage all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and financial reporting for multiple entities.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management accounts, and regulatory reports in compliance with relevant standards.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Act as a key business partner, providing financial insights and guidance to senior management and stakeholders across different functions.
- Oversee cash flow management and optimise working capital across the group.
- Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What are you expected to bring?
- Possess a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA.
- Demonstrate strong experience within a multi company, group, or international financial environment.
- Exhibit excellent financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering capabilities.
- Show a strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and finance process improvement methodologies.
- Be commercially minded, proactive, hands on, and results driven in your approach.
- Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions and jurisdictions.
- Be proficient in financial software and advanced Excel.
- Have a solid understanding of IFRS.
