What is expected of you?
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, forecasts, and management reports.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and financial risk.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls and procedures.
What are you expected to bring?
- A professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA, is essential.
- Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally within Malta.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and leadership abilities.
