Our client, a growing international Aviation company, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the full finance function, drive financial reporting and compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management. This is a high-impact role with significant responsibility and strong exposure to senior leadership and CFO-level activities.
What’s expected of you?

Oversee all financial activities, including Revenue, Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, Cash Flow, Banking, Taxation and Financial Reporting.

Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in line with IFRS and Group requirements.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and financial performance.

Oversee credit control, receivables and cash flow management.

Ensure compliance with VAT, Corporate Tax and statutory reporting requirements.

Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.

Review and improve financial systems, processes and internal controls.

Provide senior management with financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Work closely with Group Finance and other departments to ensure strong financial governance.

Lead and develop the Finance team, promoting accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement.
What are you expected to bring?

A recognised University degree in Accounting or ACCA qualification

Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar senior finance role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, VAT and taxation

Proven experience in financial reporting, consolidation and performance management
-
Experience with ERP/reporting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion or similar

Previous Aviation industry experience would be an asset

Strong analytical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
