We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join our finance team on a part-time basis, supporting one of our lead clients. The successful candidate will assist with the end-to-end billing cycle, ensure accurate posting of payments and documentation, and provide general administrative support as required.
What is expected of you?
- Support the billing cycle, including the preparation and follow-up of invoices and all relevant supporting documents.
- Capture and post financial documents (invoices, credit notes, receipts, bank statements, etc.) into the accounting system accurately.
- Perform general finance and administrative tasks as required, such as data capturing, filing, and compiling reports.
- Ensure all financial records are maintained accurately and kept up to date.
