We are recruiting for a Front Office Agent on behalf of one of our top hospitality clients. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-ins/outs, and promoting the hotel’s services while delivering exceptional service.
What's expected of you?
- Warmly welcome guests on arrival and complete registration efficiently
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and foreign currency exchanges
- Promote hotel services and increase room sales through effective upselling
- Address guest feedback promptly and take appropriate action
- Operate the PABX telephone system and other front office equipment
- Carry out night audit tasks, including verifying arrivals and departures at midnight
- Maintain guest privacy and safety in line with hotel security procedures
- Respond to telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager
What are you expected to bring?
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a hotel front desk or night audit position
- Proficiency in hotel management systems, with Opera Cloud experience required
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
