Our client, a well established services organisation, is currently seeking a Front Office & Sales Support Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of their front office and provide essential support to the sales team.
What is expected of you?
- Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and correspondence.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales department, assisting with various tasks as required.
- Prepare and process sales related documentation, presentations, and reports with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, distributing as appropriate.
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and ordered in a timely manner.
- Assist with general office administration tasks, contributing to a well organised and efficient workplace.
What are you expected to bring?
- Proven experience in a front office or sales support administration role.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads efficiently.
- A professional and presentable demeanour, representing the company positively.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
