Front Office Executive - Malta

Love making great first impressions? Join one of our top clients as a Front Office Executive and be the friendly face that welcomes guests. You'll handle check-ins, answer questions, and help make every stay smooth and memorable.

 

What's expected of you?

  • Warmly welcomes guests and sets the tone for a luxury hospitality experience
  • Delivers personalised, attentive service, addressing individual guest needs, inquiries, and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Manages guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, including accurate registration, reservation verification, and payment processing
  • Provides expert recommendations on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
  • Assists with personalised requests such as travel arrangements and restaurant bookings
  • Promotes hotel services, amenities, special offers, and identifies upselling opportunities to maximise revenue
  • Coordinates with various departments to ensure a seamless and satisfying stay for guests
  • Acts as the main communication hub for guests, internal staff, and external partners, relaying important information quickly and clearly
  • Handles phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintains a clean, welcoming lobby area and provides support to the lobby bar when needed
  • Supports the Guest Experience department and performs administrative tasks such as reporting, database updates, and managing hotel and restaurant reservations
  • Maintains accurate records and documentation, and performs other related duties as required

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera (PMS) is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service at all times
