We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager on behalf of one of our clients in the hospitality industry. What is expected of you?

Ensure prompt, courteous check-in/check-out, room allocation, and handling of guest enquiries, bookings, and complaints

Oversee adherence to check-in/out procedures and accurate collection of guest information and billing details

Guarantee rooms meet cleanliness and maintenance standards before guest arrival

Facilitate smooth communication between Front Office, housekeeping, maintenance, billing, and F&B departments

Ensure accurate and timely posting of charges and secure management of safety deposit box contents

Maintain grooming standards, dress code, and cleanliness in all front office and back office areas

Supervise delivery of wake-up calls, messages, newspapers, and professional call handling

Set sales targets for rooms and F&B, and implement upselling strategies to boost revenue

Keep hotel entrances clear for vehicles/taxis and conduct regular inspections for maintenance and safety

Schedule front office staff efficiently, manage shift workloads, and assist in departmental budgeting
What are you expected to bring?

Must have hands-on experience with Opera Cloud PMS and a strong understanding of reservation systems, distribution channels, and front desk operations

Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with POS and CRM systems is an advantage

Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
