What is expected of you?
- Shape and drive the Group’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
- Provide strategic financial insight to support the Board, executive decisions, and growth initiatives
- Lead group-wide planning, forecasting, and performance management to deliver results
- Establish and monitor key financial metrics to track progress against strategic goals
- Oversee all finance functions, including accounting, reporting, treasury, taxation, and compliance
- Ensure audit readiness and adherence to international financial standards
- Manage liquidity, working capital, and funding requirements for projects and operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial partners to support growth
- Support operational teams with project analysis, costing, and profitability assessments
- Offer financial guidance for tenders, bids, and commercial negotiations
- Promote cost efficiency, risk management, and disciplined financial practices
- Lead, develop, and mentor high-performing finance teams across the group
- Enhance financial systems, processes, and capabilities for complex, project-based operations
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence throughout the finance function
What are you expected to bring?
- Minimum 5 years as Group CFO or Head of Finance, ideally in construction, M&E, or project-based industries
- ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
- Strong track record in cash flow management, project finance, and multi-entity, multi-country operations
- Exposure to mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, or business integration is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Financial modelling, capital structuring, project financing, and digital finance transformation
- Strategic, proactive, and forward-thinking approach to drive business growth and success
