What will be expected of you?
- Develop and refine a cohesive communications strategy, ensuring it aligns with organisational goals
- Create and manage an engaging internal communications platform with clear protocols
- Oversee media relationships, managing questions, interviews, parliamentary inquiries, and FOI requests
- Lead website and social media initiatives, producing high-quality, ongoing content
- Manage the company communications calendar, including all events
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including ministries and institutions, to coordinate and execute events
- Analyse public perception data to develop strategies addressing any public profile challenges
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through strategic engagement initiatives
What will you bring to the role?
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a communications role
- High levels of personal and professional integrity with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lead by example, setting high standards in all professional activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
