What is expected of you?
- Lead and develop the Compliance function across the business
- Implement and maintain compliance policies, procedures, manuals and monitoring programmes
- Provide guidance to employees on regulatory, compliance and AML/CFT matters
- Prepare compliance reports for Boards and Compliance Committees
- Ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR obligations and data protection requirements
- Interpret applicable legislation and provide regulatory guidance to the business
- Support the MLRO with AML/CFT matters and FIAU reporting requirements
- Promote and maintain a strong compliance culture across the organisation
- Support management on external compliance services provided to clients
What are you expected to bring?
- A degree in Law or a related field
- A professional qualification in Compliance, Finance or a related discipline will be considered an asset
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar compliance role within financial services
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- A proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
