What is expected of you?
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the organisation's overall business objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Drive financial analysis, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision making.
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and financial risk effectively to support sustainable growth.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.
What are you expected to bring?
- Possess a recognised professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as a Head of Finance or Financial Director.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modelling, data analysis, and complex reporting.
- Proven track record of leading, developing, and motivating finance teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Display strong analytical, problem solving, and financial management capabilities.
- Maintain a structured, detail oriented, and level headed approach to financial operations.
- Ability to balance operational responsibilities with strategic financial insight and contribute to overall business strategy.
- Strong track record of meeting tight deadlines and delivering under pressure.
