Our client, a growing organisation operating in Malta, is currently seeking an HR Admin Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to their Human Resources department, focusing on critical documentation and employee lifecycle processes.
What is expected of you?
- Manage and coordinate all work permit and immigration documentation processes for employees.
- Liaise effectively with Identità and other relevant government authorities regarding immigration matters.
- Maintain accurate, up to date, and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with all data protection obligations and internal policies.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider HR team.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Utilise HR systems for data entry, record keeping, and generating reports.
- Prepare HR related correspondence, contracts, and other official documents.
What are you expected to bring?
- Proven hands on experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within Malta.
- Demonstrable experience managing work permit and immigration documentation, including liaison with Identità.
- Possess strong administrative and organisational skills with a methodical approach.
- Exhibit high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Experience handling confidential employee documentation with discretion.
- Solid understanding of data protection obligations and best practices.
- Comfortable working with HR systems and proficient in standard office software.
- Be a reliable and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
