What's expected of you?
- Handle HR questions from both staff and outside contacts, and give support when needed
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and practices
- Organize and schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR events
- Keep employee records updated, both on paper and digitally
- Help with recruitment and onboarding, including work permit paperwork, talking to different teams, and registering with authorities like Jobsplus
- Help set up and improve HR systems and processes
- Prepare and send reports on HR tasks and data
- Help with different HR projects when needed
- Take care of other HR duties as required to support the business
What are you expected to bring?
- Secondary level education with ‘O’ level passes in key subjects such as English and Mathematics
- Ideally has at least one year of experience in HR or administration, with a genuine interest in Human Resources
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and their day-to-day use
- Understanding of work permit processes and relevant regulatory bodies
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
- Committed to following organisational policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Delivers a positive employee experience by responding promptly to HR queries, sharing accurate information, and supporting HR processes with a service-oriented mindset
