What's expected of you?
- Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll, leave management, and regulatory compliance
- Develop strong relationships with managers and employees to cultivate a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Identify training needs, coordinate learning initiatives, and coach managers to maximise team performance
- Support workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
What are you expected to bring?
- At least 4 years' experience in Human Resources
- HR certification and completion of an Employment Law course
- Solid understanding of employee relations, workforce planning
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, discreet, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus
