What is expected of you?
- Design and implement full recruitment process
- Manage full employment cycle from induction to termination
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, as well as maintain and update employee files and benefits
- Report to management team any HR employee issues
- Work with all Head of Departments to assist with performance management programs
- Create HR reports and KPIs
- Have good knowledge of local employment laws, JobsPlus, Identity Malta and other related parties
What are you expected to bring?
- Possess at least a diploma/bachelor degree in HR or similar
- Previous experience working in a HR department
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise in between tasks
- Able to work in a team and liaise with other departments
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Excellent written and oral proficiency in Maltese and English
