You’ll work with senior leadership to deliver impactful HR strategies that drive growth, performance, and continuous improvement.
What's expected of you?
- Provide strategic guidance and subject-matter expertise in key HR areas, with a focus on learning and development, employee engagement, and organisational culture
- Design, implement, and evaluate HR initiatives that align with the company’s overall strategic goals
- Track and analyse key HR metrics, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
- Lead the assessment of training needs and oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of learning programmes, workshops, and other development activities
- Promote a positive workplace culture by supporting engagement initiatives, recognition programmes, and internal communications
- Work closely with the Senior Executive Human Resources and the wider HR team to ensure initiatives are impactful and delivered to a high standard
- Strengthen employer branding through contributions to campaigns, events, and initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice
- Support recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organisational talent needs
- Ensure HR policies and processes remain compliant with regulatory requirements, reflect best practice, and uphold the company’s values
- Handle sensitive employee matters with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Stay informed on HR trends, learning methodologies, and engagement strategies, providing innovative recommendations to enhance HR practices
- Actively contribute to HR projects, cross-functional initiatives, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed
What are you expected to bring?
- Degree-level qualification in Human Resources, Management, or a related field (MQF Level 6), or equivalent. Candidates with an MQF Level 5 qualification and relevant experience will also be considered
- Solid knowledge of learning and development methodologies and employee engagement strategies, with the ability to align initiatives to business needs
- Strong strategic mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, capable of guiding decisions, driving improvements, and applying best practices
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing process improvements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and HR metrics to track trends, evaluate effectiveness, and support decision-making
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities independently, exercising sound judgment and ownership of deliverables
- Good understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and related policies; experience in CSR initiatives will be considered an asset
