HR Specialist – Employment Law

What is expected of you?

Manage judicial proceedings related to employment law

Handle disciplinary proceedings against employees
-
Support and coordinate inspections carried out by external authorities relating to personnel matters
-
Provide legal advice and guidance to the business on employment law issues
-
Draft employment contracts and contractual amendments
-
Manage, prepare, and verify mandatory documentation related to employee employment relationships
-
Perform HR compliance activities and ensure adherence to legislation and internal policies
-
Oversee and manage work permit processes
-
Support management with requests related to video surveillance image acquisition
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR reports and records
-
Ensure correct filing and documentation management
-
Develop, review, and implement company HR policies and procedures
-
Deliver training to employees on HR and employment law–related topics
-
Stay up to date with changes and developments in employment law
What are you expected to bring?
-
Previous experience working within a structured HR department
-
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and company policies
-
A Degree in Law is considered an asset
-
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
-
Knowledge of Italian is considered an asset
-
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
