What is expected of you?
- Diagnose and efficiently resolve mechanical faults within commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Air Handling Units (AHUs), Chillers, and Pumps.
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC controls and associated mechanical equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete maintenance tasks and projects.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance data accurately.
What are you expected to bring?
- Possess proven experience working with commercial HVAC systems.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of Fan Coil Units (FCUs) and Air Handling Units (AHUs).
- Exhibit good knowledge of Chillers and Pumps.
- Understand HVAC controls and associated mechanical equipment.
- Show ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical faults efficiently.
- Have a good understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
