What is expected of you?
- Provide practical and strategic legal advice to Senior Management and key stakeholders.
- Support the Legal team across commercial, regulatory, compliance and data protection matters, including acting as DPO.
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of legal and corporate documents and agreements.
- Advise on commercial contracts, employment agreements, IT and data matters, software licensing, M&A and corporate governance.
- Handle and advise on insurance matters, with ESG knowledge considered an asset.
- Support the organisation’s internationalisation and expansion plans.
- Liaise with external legal advisers and foreign counsel on international company set-ups and services.
- Coordinate with external counsel on disputes and litigation.
- Work closely with Finance on corporate filings and other legal requirements.
What are you expected to bring?
- Full legal qualification and 2–3+ years’ experience gained within a leading commercial law firm or in-house environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A solutions-focused and goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-changing environment.
- High level of initiative, ownership and attention to detail.
- Fluent English; an additional EU language would be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience within the payments industry will be considered an asset.
