What’s expected of you?
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance requirements and providing suitable solutions.
- Gather and assess client information to recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
- Clearly explain policy terms and coverage in line with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Manage policy renewals and amendments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including documentation, correspondence, and record management.
What are you expected to bring?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the insurance industry is preferred.
- Fluency in both Maltese and English is essential.
- Eligibility to work within the EU is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work full-time during office hours, Monday to Friday.
