Ceek Talent has an exciting opportunity for an Investor Relations Officer to join our client team in Malta. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic fund administration environment, focusing on AML compliance and shareholder account management.
What is expected of you?
- Complete AML checks on prospective and existing shareholder accounts
- Process transaction order requests, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
- Maintain Shareholder Registers for various funds under administration
- Provide periodic reporting of shareholder trading activity to Fund Managers
- Liaise with investors to handle queries on an ongoing basis
- Manage the Transfer Agency relationship with Fund Managers
What are you expected to bring?
- Diploma in Compliance and/or AML is considered an asset
- Up to 1 year of experience in fund administration and/or AML roles
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
- Proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong administrative and business support skills; able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Demonstrated initiative to take on increasing responsibilities
- Proficient working knowledge of the MS Office suite, including Word and Excel
