What is expected of you?
- Perform AML checks on prospective and existing shareholder accounts
- Process investor transaction requests, including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers
- Maintain shareholder registers for funds under administration
- Prepare periodic reports on shareholder trading activity for Fund Managers
- Respond to investor queries and provide ongoing support
- Assist in managing Transfer Agency relationships with Fund Managers
- Ensure accurate record keeping and adherence to internal procedures
- Support the smooth day-to-day administration of investment funds
What are you expected to bring?
- Up to 1 year of experience within Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Investor Services, AML or a related financial services environment
- A qualification in Compliance, AML or a related field would be considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Proactive approach and willingness to take on increasing responsibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
