What is expected of you?
- Prepare and submit high-quality tender documents via the eTenders platform, ensuring alignment with both technical and legal criteria.
- Manage and review essential documents such as pricing schedules, technical specifications, and compliance certificates.
- Track key deadlines and milestones to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, clients, technical experts) to gather accurate and timely input for tender submissions.
- Ensure all tender submissions adhere strictly to government regulations and internal company policies.
- Monitor tender outcomes, manage clarifications, and support the negotiation and contract finalisation stages as required.
- Assist the business development team in preparing quotes and proposals for private-sector opportunities.
What are you expected to bring?
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail and overall project timelines.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with the eTenders platform or other public procurement systems.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- A proactive mindset, ready to take ownership, ask the right questions, and deliver reliably.
