What is expected of you?
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, in-house software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and provide support for internal software applications.
- Perform routine maintenance on hardware, including virus checks and cleanup tasks.
- Assist with the setup and testing of network cables, including termination and routing.
- Support the installation and calibration of audiovisual (AV) equipment.
- Respond to IT issues within the live studio environment.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth delivery of live streams to encoding servers.
- Uphold internal IT policies and procedures while supporting users across all departments.
What are you expected to bring?
- Diploma (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Own means of transport (position may require site mobility).
- Willingness to work on a 24/7 roster, including night shifts and weekends.
- Strong team player with a flexible and proactive attitude.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable with shift work and high-pressure environments.
- Knowledge of the gaming or live entertainment sector is a plus (but not required).
- Technically confident with both software and hardware troubleshooting.
