What is expected of you?
- Act as the first point of contact for technical support requests from clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues both remotely and on-site.
- Support a range of systems, including Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Grow your skillset through real-time problem-solving and guided training.
What are you expected to bring?
- Malta residency with a valid local driving license.
- Fluency in Maltese and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and hardware.
- Microsoft 365 certification or readiness to get certified through our supported training.
