What is expected of you?
- Provide first-line and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications
- Support software deployments, system updates, and security patching
- Monitor system and network performance to ensure optimal reliability and efficiency
- Assist with network troubleshooting, backup solutions, and disaster recovery procedures
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles
- Work closely with the wider IT team to support business operations across multiple sites
What are you expected to bring?
- A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in IT, Computer Studies, or a related field
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in an IT Support, IT Administrator, or System Administrator role
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of network devices, firewalls, and IT infrastructure
- Experience with ITIL processes would be considered an asset
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or an equivalent certification would be considered an asset
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
