We are currently seeking a Junior Accounts & Office Administrator to join our team at Ceek on a temporary maternity cover basis. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual with at least one year of experience in accounting or office administration, who is comfortable supporting day-to-day finance and administrative functions.
What's expected of you?
Accounting & Finance
- Input and maintain accounting data accurately within the accounting system
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Process and input supplier/vendor bills
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial and management reports
- Support weekly debt collection follow-ups and monitor outstanding receivables
Office Administration
- Maintain general office organization and upkeep
- Manage and order office stationery and supplies
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding administration
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
What are you expected to bring?
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes
- Experience with Odoo accounting system will be considered an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken English for effective internal and external communication
