Junior Architect - Malta

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in architectural design and civil experience.

What is expected of you?

Assist the Senior Architect in designing and developing road construction and infrastructure projects in line with project goals and design standards
Prepare precise architectural and technical drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, using AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with architectural specifications
Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and site teams to maintain architectural integrity throughout all project phases
Support the preparation of planning applications, permit submissions, BOQs, and design documentation
Ensure designs meet local regulations, health and safety standards, and sustainable practices
Participate in coordination meetings and maintain accurate project documentation

What are you expected to bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; eligibility for a professional warrant in Malta is considered an asset
1–2 years of experience in an architectural role, preferably in civil or infrastructure-related projects
Familiarity with construction techniques related to roads, bridges, and drainage systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively within multidisciplinary environments
Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage tasks independently or within a team
