Ceek Talent is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Research Analyst to join our client’s team and support research, analysis, and stakeholder-related activities within a regulated and evidence-based environment. This role is ideal for an early-career professional passionate about research, data, and policy-related work, eager to develop hands-on experience while working closely with senior colleagues on analytical and insight-driven initiatives.
What is expected of you?
- Assist in drafting research papers, policy briefs, consultation documents, and internal analytical notes
- Support comparative analysis of regulatory approaches, frameworks, and international best practices
- Conduct desk research and literature reviews on gaming, iGaming, and related regulated sectors
- Assist with data collection, validation, and basic qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Monitor global sector developments, trends, and regulatory innovations
- Support the coordination of stakeholder and industry consultations
- Assist in summarising consultation responses and preparing structured reports
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and public-facing documents
- Carry out additional research and analysis tasks as assigned by senior management
What are you expected to bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Economics, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with data visualisation tools is considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks under guidance
- Interest or early exposure to the gaming / iGaming industry or other regulated industries is considered an advantage
- Genuine interest in research, regulation, and evidence-based decision-making
