We’re seeking a proactive and strategic Learning & Development Manager to drive the company’s training and development initiatives across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in identifying training needs, developing structured learning plans, ensuring legislative and ISO compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

What is expected of you?

Identify training needs and develop learning initiatives aligned with business goals and employee development

Create and manage the Annual Training Plan across technical, compliance, health & safety, IT, and personal development areas

Coordinate training providers, schedules, logistics, attendance, and evaluation processes

Monitor training effectiveness using performance data and feedback to drive continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with legislative, ISO, Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards

Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and reporting within the HR system
-
Prepare training analytics and provide insights and recommendations to management

Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and organisational excellence
What are you expected to bring?

A Master’s Degree (MQF Level 7) and experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role

Strong knowledge of training methodologies, competency development, compliance, and ISO standards
-
Excellent organisational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
-
The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and business acumen
-
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/training management systems, with excellent English communication skills
-
Knowledge of psychometric assessments and training facilitation techniques will be considered an asset
