What is expected of you?
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Oversee the planning and tracking of product shipments according to customer requirements.
- Utilise analytical thinking to identify and resolve logistical issues and bottlenecks.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost effective deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and all logistics related documentation.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators to assess logistics efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new logistics strategies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
What are you expected to bring?
- Proven experience as a Logistics Executive or in a similar logistics coordination role.
- Demonstrable analytical thinking skills with a track record of solving complex logistical challenges.
- Experience in leadership or mentoring, with the ability to guide and support team members.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Residing in Malta or possessing the legal right to work in Malta.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective stakeholder engagement.
