What is expected of you?

Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing, communications and public relations activities

Support the execution of annual marketing plans, campaigns and business development initiatives

Create and manage engaging content across social media, websites, email marketing and digital advertising channels
-
Record and edit video content for social media and other digital marketing platforms
-
Assist in website management, including SEO optimisation and improvements to user experience
-
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
-
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing and business development strategies
-
Ensure consistent application of the organisation's brand identity across all marketing materials and communication channels

Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional and marketing materials
-
Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives
-
Assist in organising corporate events, sponsorships and networking activities
-
Liaise with external suppliers, marketing agencies and business partners

Maintain marketing databases, content libraries and digital assets
What are you expected to bring?
-
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role
-
A degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field
-
Good understanding of digital marketing, website management and SEO principles
-
Experience using WordPress, social media management tools and Microsoft Office applications

Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools, such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent English writing and editing abilities

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

A creative, proactive and motivated approach to work

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams and stakeholders
