Are you a creative and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? We’re working with one of our top clients to hire a Marketing Manager who will shape the voice, identity, and growth of their diverse hospitality portfolio.
What's expected of you?
- Work closely with department leaders to plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns and activations across multiple brands
- Ensure all content aligns with each brand’s voice and guidelines, reviewing and moderating content where needed
- Take ownership of selected brands, coordinating with internal teams to maintain and update all online and offline channels, including company websites
- Manage, analyse, and report on paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Business Suite and Google
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support the creation of engaging content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Capture day-to-day and live content, particularly during events and special activations
- Drive business growth by identifying new clients, markets, and opportunities while adapting to market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams, including supporting prospecting activities and corporate outreach
- Ensure all partner deliverables are executed in line with contractual agreements
- Analyse market trends and performance data to recommend strategies that increase market share and optimise results
- Develop and support innovative sales strategies to drive consistent revenue growth
- Maintain sales and marketing materials and tools
- Assist with events, functions, and activations to ensure high-quality execution, guest satisfaction, and future business opportunities
What are you expected to bring?
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a senior role within a fast-paced Sales & Marketing environment
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Business Manager, Hootsuite, and Creative Studio
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with WordPress and other content management systems (CMS)
- Experience using design platforms such as Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual communication
- A collaborative team player with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written communication skills in both Maltese and English; additional languages are considered an asset
- A Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field is preferred
