Our client, a modern and growing health and fitness facility in Ta’ Xbiex, is seeking a professional Massage Therapist to join their fitness and recovery team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established community of gym members and clients while delivering personalised treatments within a positive, performance-focused environment.
What is expected of you?
- Provide professional massage treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct brief consultations before treatments to understand client requirements
- Deliver treatments including sports massage, deep-tissue massage, relaxation massage and recovery-focused therapy
- Support clients with muscular recovery, tension reduction and overall wellbeing
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and professionalism
- Manage appointments while providing excellent customer service
- Work closely with personal trainers and the wider recovery team when appropriate
- Build strong and long-term relationships with members and clients
What are you expected to bring?
- A recognised Massage Therapy qualification or certification
- Previous professional experience would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of sports massage and muscular recovery would be advantageous
- A professional, reliable and client-focused approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legal eligibility to work in Malta
