One of our top clients within the hospitality and property development sector is seeking to recruit a full-time Mechanical Technician to join their dynamic maintenance team.
What's expected of you?
· Maintain, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment across the complex, covering both domestic and industrial systems.
· Provide hands-on technical support, using initiative and experience to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
· Carry out routine inspections to ensure all equipment and installations are functioning correctly.
· Detect faults or defects and implement appropriate corrective actions.
· Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
· Ensure full compliance with the Company’s operational procedures and health & safety standards.
· Work closely with the Maintenance Department team to support daily operations.
· Liaise with both internal stakeholders and external contractors/customers as required.
· This is a full-time position.
What are you expected to bring?
· Proven experience working in a Mechanical Technician role.
· Strong practical ability in the safe and effective use of plumbing tools and mechanical equipment.
· Hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing fluid-carrying pipework and fixtures in both domestic and industrial environments.
· Excellent diagnostic skills, with the ability to carry out in-house repair, maintenance, and calibration of plant machinery and equipment.
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
· Committed to delivering high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
· Experience with PPR plumbing systems will be considered an asset.
