At CeekTalent, we are looking for Media Sales Executives on behalf of one of our top clients. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the advertising sales process, focusing on both print products (newspapers and magazines) and digital offerings. You’ll work to build strong client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and exceed sales targets.
What is expected of you?
- Identify and develop new advertising sales opportunities across print and digital platforms
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Present and explain advertising options, tailoring solutions to meet client objectives
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and campaign details to close sales effectively
- Work closely with the creative and editorial teams to deliver high-quality campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging advertising opportunities
What are you expected to bring?
- Proven experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field
- Strong understanding of both print and digital advertising products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools
- A strong network within the Maltese market is an asset
