What is expected of you?
- Craft high-quality cocktails using fresh ingredients and modern mixology techniques
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of bar menus in collaboration with the wider restaurant team
- Deliver outstanding bar service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times
- Engage with guests by sharing knowledge and stories behind signature drinks
- Support the training and development of bar team members
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation behind the bar
- Manage stock levels, inventory control, and bar supplies efficiently
What are you expected to bring?
- Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a quality-driven environment
- Strong passion for mixology, creativity, and experimentation with flavours
- Solid knowledge of spirits, cocktail preparation, and current bar trends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset
