Our client, a well-established professional services firm and member of a leading international network, is seeking an Audit Senior to join their growing Audit & Assurance team. What is expected of you?
- Manage audit engagements from planning through to completion under the guidance of the Audit Manager and Audit Partner
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAPSE and IFRS
- Perform audit and assurance engagements while ensuring compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
- Maintain communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout engagements
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through the delivery of high-quality service
- Work across multiple audit engagements while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Support the wider Audit & Assurance team with additional assignments as required
What are you expected to bring?
- A degree in Accountancy or be in the final stages of obtaining an ACCA qualification
- A minimum of 4 years auditing experience
- Working knowledge of IFRS, GAPSME, and International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
- Experience using CaseWare for audit engagements would be considered an asset
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- The ability to manage multiple engagements while working effectively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
