We are looking for a motivated Corporate Services Executive to support corporate administration, compliance, and governance services for a portfolio of client entities. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in corporate services or a related field who is looking to develop their skills within a structured and supportive environment.
What is expected of you?
- Assist with the administration of companies throughout their lifecycle, including incorporation, ongoing maintenance.
- knowledgeable with the Malta Business Registry, banks, international Tax unit and VAT department workings.
- Support the preparation and submission of annual returns and other statutory filings to relevant authorities.
- Help ensure client entities remain in good standing with regulators and supervisory bodies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate, statutory, and compliance records for assigned client entities.
- Assist with client onboarding, including the collection, review, and organisation of KYC and due diligence documentation.
- Apply KYC, AML, and compliance procedures in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support directors and company secretaries in meeting their statutory and governance obligations.
- Liaise with regulators, banks, auditors, lawyers, notaries, and other external stakeholders under supervision.
- Assist with contractual, licensing, and regulatory matters, including support with licence applications where applicable.
- Work closely with internal teams to meet client deadlines and service expectations.
- Attend and participate in client meetings, when required, with guidance from senior team members.
- Assist clients with general corporate matters such as share transfers, bank account applications, regulatory submissions, and work permit documentation.
- Keep informed of legal, regulatory, and fiscal developments relevant to corporate services.
What are you expected to bring?
- 1–3 years’ experience in corporate services, fiduciary, legal, compliance, or a related role
- Understanding of company law and corporate administration.
- Familiarity with KYC and due diligence requirements.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and grow within the role.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
