We are looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to create a welcoming and professional experience for visitors and clients. This role focuses on front-desk duties while also providing administrative support and occasional personal assistance to partners as needed.
What's expected of you?
- Welcome visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional first impression
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
- Assist with scheduling meetings and reserving boardrooms
- Maintain and update contact lists and office directories
- Ensure accurate filing and organization of documents and records
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Liaise with vendors regarding office maintenance and related services
- Provide occasional personal assistance to partners, including travel arrangements and diary management
- Support general office administration duties in the absence of the Office Administrator
What are you expected to bring?
- Previous experience in an Office Administrator, Receptionist, or similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional manner
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A polished, professional appearance and approach at all times
