What's expected of you?
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate contact or department
- Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls, relay messages, and provide accurate information
- Oversee the front desk and handle daily administrative tasks, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Organise and maintain office documents and filing systems
- Ensure a clean, professional, and well-maintained office environment
- Process orders, monitor stock levels, and support sales through upselling and cross-selling
- Communicate key customer feedback and contribute to a positive customer experience
- Support additional administrative duties as assigned by the line manager or designated personnel
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve administrative processes
- Participate in training and development sessions as required by the company
What are you expected to bring?
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- At least 1 year of experience in an admin or office support role
- Basic understanding of Maltese and English
- Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Professional, reliable, and proactive
