In this role, you will form part of the Operations Department and play a key role in supporting both the operational and commercial activities of the business.
What is expected of you?
- Collaborating with the company’s European markets to build and prepare product proposals
- Conducting market research on products and performing competitive benchmarking
- Supporting the registration and administration of service agreements
- Analyzing and resolving issues raised by the company’s European markets
- Leading and contributing to projects aimed at enhancing customer offerings and improving operational efficiency
- Managing invoices and handling sales-related requests
- Providing daily support and acting as back-up for the Technology Operations Manager and the wider Operations Team
What are you expected to bring?
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A structured and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to create, maintain, and develop forms using Adobe Pro
- Willingness to be flexible and show commitment
- A degree information technology, engineering, a related field would be an advantage
