Our client, a leading international organisation is seeking an Operations Officer – Back Office Treasury Services to join their team in Malta.
What is expected of you?

Collect and coordinate information from Group employees as requested by banks to satisfy AML and KYC requirements

Coordinate and ensure compliance with KYC requirements between banks and Group companies
-
Support the setup and administration of Bank Guarantees between Group companies and various banking institutions
-
Perform daily cash sweeps across Group bank accounts, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
-
Carry out bank account reconciliations related to Group Treasury Services
-
Assist with the opening and closing of internal Group bank accounts

Maintain accurate documentation and records relating to treasury and banking activities
-
Provide general office administration support and assist with other ad hoc Back Office Treasury-related tasks as required
What are you expected to bring?

Previous experience in banking, finance, treasury, accounting, administration, or a similar environment will be considered an asset

Good understanding of KYC and AML requirements

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
