What is expected of you?
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and advisers, delivering expert, tech-enabled support and handling all inquiries with professionalism
- Manage the full lifecycle of retirement scheme applications from initial documentation to final investment using advanced systems and maintaining accuracy throughout
- Carry out day-to-day administrative duties, including updating records and processing claims, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Contribute to meaningful projects aimed at enhancing services and creating a positive impact within the community and environment
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain thorough, well-organised records that reflect our commitment to high standards
- Build and nurture strong relationships with members and advisers, fostering trust through consistent communication and proactive support
What are you expected to bring?
- Previous experience in administrative roles, ideally within a corporate services environment
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with technology and confident using digital tools to improve efficiency
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to make a meaningful impact through your work
