One of our top clients is looking for a Human Resources Performance Leader to oversee key HR functions, including culture and change management, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, learning and development, and policy review.
What is expected of you?
- Promote and uphold the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and values-driven team culture
- Maintain clear and effective communication with key stakeholders to support smooth operations
- Oversee daily HR processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information
- Participate in management meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies to maintain a safe working environment
- Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and standards, promoting consistency and efficiency in HR practices
- Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, and records
What are you expected to bring?
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources roles; a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management is a strong asset
- Proven track record in driving employee performance, engagement, and development through innovative, people-focused initiatives
- Creative and positive in designing and implementing HR strategies that cultivate a thriving workplace culture
- Extensive experience in developing and executing HR policies, frameworks, and performance management systems that empower teams and support organizational success
- Leads with passion, purpose, and energy, inspiring others to perform at their best every day
