Our client, an established organisation in the brewing industry, is seeking a Process Leader to lead and coordinate operations across Brewing, Beer Processing and Water Treatment. This role offers an opportunity to manage a multi-skilled team, ensure production targets are achieved, and drive high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
What is expected of you?

Manage, motivate and develop a multi-skilled team through shift coordination, rostering, training and ongoing performance support.

Oversee stock management, stocktakes and reconciliations of raw materials, cleaning materials, beer stocks and brewing by-products.

Promote a strong culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures, PPE standards and ATEX requirements.
What are you expected to bring?

A qualification at MQF Level 5 or higher in Brewing, Food Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Management and Leadership, or a related field.
