Are you an experienced Procurement Manager ready to take the lead in a dynamic hospitality environment?
Our client, a well-established hospitality group in Malta, is looking for a strategic and results-driven professional to oversee procurement across multiple hotel properties. You will drive cost efficiencies, strengthen supplier relationships, negotiate competitive contracts, and ensure consistent purchasing standards across the group.
What's expected of you?

Lead procurement operations across multiple hotel units, covering F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and operational supplies.

Develop cost-saving strategies and identify opportunities to optimise purchasing.

Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and terms to maximise value.

Manage supplier relationships and ensure reliable supply and timely deliveries.

Monitor stock levels, contracts, and procurement performance across properties.

Analyse purchasing data to identify efficiencies and improve processes.

Ensure consistent pricing, procurement standards, and brand-specific purchasing.

Lead the purchasing team and collaborate with General Managers, department heads, and senior management.
What are you expected to bring?

A Bachelor's degree (MQF Level 6) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

At least 5 years of procurement or supply chain experience, ideally within hospitality or multi-site operations.

Strong expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimisation.

Good understanding of F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and operational purchasing.

Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with ERP systems, procurement tools, and Microsoft Excel.

Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate procurement activities across multiple properties.
