One of our top clients is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead planning and execution across multiple sites, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to the highest quality and safety standards while coordinating teams, subcontractors, and communication.
What is expected of you?
- Act as the technical point of reference for Site Supervisors, Team Leaders, and trades teams on site
- Ensure works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Plan, monitor, and track progress against labour budgets, project timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate materials, tools, and workforce requirements to maintain productivity and efficiency
- Support site discipline, health & safety compliance, and ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards
- Lead communication between site and office, including reporting, meetings, and resource planning
- Oversee RAMS implementation, site inspections, and OHSA compliance with the PSHS team
- Identify training needs, support team development, and ensure best practices are applied on site
- Maintain site records, attendance, and documentation, escalating issues or deviations promptly
- Report to the Project/Senior Project Manager (or COO in their absence) and oversee site teams including supervisors, team leaders, and tradesmen
